Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals improve brain function by training the brain to regulate its activity more effectively. Using advanced technology to monitor brainwave patterns in real time, neurofeedback provides immediate feedback that encourages the brain to develop healthier and more efficient functioning.

During a neurofeedback session, sensors are placed on the scalp to measure brain activity. This information is displayed through visual or auditory feedback, allowing the brain to recognize and reinforce more balanced patterns of activity. The process is safe, painless, and does not involve medication.

Neurofeedback may help with:

Anxiety and stress, attention and concentration difficulties, ADHD, sleep disturbances, emotional regulation challenges, depression, trauma and PTSD symptoms, and mood instability.

Circle of Security Parenting

Circle of Security Parenting is an internationally recognized, evidence-based program designed to help parents and caregivers better understand and respond to their children’s emotional and attachment needs. The program focuses on strengthening the parent-child relationship by helping caregivers recognize the cues behind their child’s behavior and develop skills to provide both a secure base for exploration and a safe haven during times of distress.

Through this program, participants learn to:

Better understand their child's emotional needs
Build stronger parent-child attachment
Support emotional regulation and resilience
Increase confidence in parenting
Recognize and respond to challenging behaviors
Foster healthy social and emotional development

Circle of Security Parenting is appropriate for parents and caregivers of children of all ages. It provides a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where families can gain insight, strengthen connections, and develop lasting relationship skills that benefit both children and caregivers.
